Delivery of the Troubled Families Programme is led by local authorities. They engage with a wide range of local partners, both governmental and non-governmental, such as health, the police, schools, youth justice, JobCentre Plus and organisations from the voluntary and community sector. It is up to each local authority to decide how best to do this; no two local Troubled Families Programmes are identical.
