Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 20 July 2017 to Question 5580, how many local authorities have (a) requested to disapply the high pass-through requirement and (b) had their application to disapply accepted since 20 July 2017.
This question was answered on 23rd October 2017
Since July 2017, the department has not received any further requests for the Secretary of State’s authorisation to modify the operation of Regulation 22 (the 93% pass-through requirement) for 2017-18.
