Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, when he plans to make a decision on the London Borough of Newham's application to continue its private rented sector licensing scheme.

The application for confirmation of the London Borough of Newham's proposed selective licensing designation is under consideration and a decision will be made in due course.
