This Government recognises the 90 / 180 day limits continue to pose a significant challenge for touring artists, including musicians and other performers, and their crews working across multiple EU Member States. That is why we have pledged to help touring artists in our manifesto.

We continue to engage with the EU and Member States, as well as music and arts industry stakeholders, to determine how best to improve arrangements to better reflect the touring schedules of artists and their crews touring across the European continent.
