We continuously review the capabilities we require. The National Security Capability Review is focussed on the continued implementation of the 2015 Strategic Defence and Security Review, to ensure the United Kingdom’s investment in national security capabilities is as joined-up, effective and efficient as possible. No decisions have been made and any discussion of specific platforms or capabilities is speculation.
