Letting Agents: Prosecutions

Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many successful prosecutions of letting agents there have been under the Energy Performance of Buildings (England & Wales) Regulations 2012 since those regulations come into force.

There is no requirement on Local Weights and Measures Authorities (LWMAs) to separately record how many successful prosecutions of letting agents there have been under the Energy Performance of Buildings (England & Wales) Regulations 2012 since those regulations came into force. Therefore, the Department does not hold this information centrally, but it may be available from individual LWMAs.
