The Government must act to introduce a protected title of Registered Personal Trainer, require registration with a professional body, enforce qualifications, and create a national safeguarding register. We believe this will improve safety, accountability, and trust across the fitness industry.

We believe this creates safeguarding risks, allowing banned individuals to operate freely.
