We think the current lack of clear, enforceable standards is leaving dogs at risk and allowing unqualified, unregulated individuals to operate without adequate oversight. We believe that for too long, we have lacked robust, consistent regulations for dog professionals. We're concerned this gap may have placed countless dogs in dangerous situations, sometimes resulting in injury, trauma, or worse, due to the actions of unqualified and unregulated individuals.
