Give maternity leave to those who've suffered baby loss from 20 weeks gestation

I wish for the government to grant maternity leave after baby loss form 20 weeks gestation. I think this should be an option for those who still need time to heal, as 2 weeks bereavement after losing your child is not only too little for a physical recovery but for mental recovery too.

I have recently suffered baby loss at 20 weeks and 5 days due to PPROM and Anhydramnios. Under current law, our loss comes under miscarriage. I had to give birth to our child and make the decision to terminate or let him die inside my body. This to me and many others is not a miscarriage. I have also suffered a miscarriage at 5 weeks and 5 days, there is a huge difference between the two. I believe maternity leave would have given me and everyone else this is happening to, the chance to start to heal.
