We think the government should not conflate primary & secondary care services. We think the NHS should better fund services, including the professional 'Care Coordinator' role (i.e. qualified mental health Nurses, Social Workers & Occupational Therapists).

We think the Government should provide NHS funding so qualified 'care coordinator' to patient ratios are a maximum of 1:12 and psychological therapists to patient ratio are maximum of 1:40.

We think the Government should adequately fund and legislate to mandate these staff to patient ratios in every secondary care service.
