Pass legislation to allow visa holders/employees the unrestricted ability to switch employment/sponsors to another registered sponsor license holder in the same sector and occupation code after 2 years of working for their original employer, without the need for a new visa or fee.

At the moment, Health and Care visa holders are tied to their employer. They can move to a different employer but the process is burdensome. The change proposed in this petition could ultimately have a positive impact on growing labour market shortages.
