Require online games have child-only servers to help protect children

Bring in a law that gaming companies hosting online games need to provide child-only servers for UK users, with access limited to under 16s. The Government should require ID and age checks to ensure these servers are only used by children.

There is a huge problem with grooming via online gaming and action is needed to create a safer way for children to play games online.

We believe that requiring child-only servers, with rigorous age and ID checks, would better protect children from online dangers.
