Currently the offence of voyeurism only applies if the perpetrator has filmed a sexual act for the purpose of sexual gratification, for themselves or a third party. I want the Government to make videoing a sexual act without consent a voyeurism offence, no matter for what person it is videoed.

I personally was a victim of voyeurism but the case was dropped because it could not be shown this was for sexual gratification. This is extremely damaging and humiliating and no one should have to go through this.
