We have internet access in most homes. We have hybrid and home working. We have laptops, tablets and mobile phones regularly in use for work. But workers using technology today are only protected by regulations that are almost 30 years old.

We believe that current Display Screen Equipment regulations do not adequately reflect modern work practices, or ensure employers take responsibility for providing adequate work environments, irrespective of where an employee is working, or the device they are using.
