Other British Asian ethnic groups have options to select as British Indian, British Pakistani, British Bangladeshi. Therefore British Citizens from Hong Kong and British National Overseas (BNO) passport holders as British nationals should be able to select as British Hong Konger.
Hong Kongers holding HKSAR passport should be able to select their ethnicity as Hong Konger.
