Same-sex female couples currently aren’t allowed to both be on the birth certificate if they’re not married or civil partnered unless the child is conceived inside a clinic.

I want the government to allow same sex couples to both be on the birth certificate if a child was conceived during a home donor.

Allow both parents of a same sex couple to be on the birth certificate of a child that was conceived outside of a clinic using an unknown donor. It isn’t fair for same sex couples to have to be married or civil partnered first to allow them on the birth certificate but a male is automatically allowed to be a named parent whether they’re part of that child’s life or not. We are not treated as equal.
