It is essential to have the ability to record criminal activities where they occur, so that action can be taken against criminals. Recent criminal events in parks have shown how dangerous many of these areas have become. This must be addressed immediately by the introduction of CCTV to all council Parks.

We call upon the Government to give local councils the funding to provide CCTV in parks and open spaces.
