I’ve been a chef most of my life and it is impossible to achieve or even come close to being successful at even an interview for any one of these roles given I have zero experience. Funding new training facilities could give not just thousands, but hundreds of thousands a chance to gain a new experience that will then give them the opportunity to start a new career. This could help get people off of the universal credit system and into work.
