Prevent applying for Universal Credit automatically ending legacy benefits

At the moment a computer will stop another other benefits before the claimant has spoken to a human. This needs to stop so that the claimant can work out if they are better on Universal Credit or on the old system

I made a claim for Universal Credit not knowing that my other benefits would be stopped right away. After I declined Universal Credit I was told there was no going back and if I did not claim Universal Credit I would not be able to claim working tax credits, housing benefits ect.

Computers should not be able to stop these benefits which is happening at the moment and if done a human should be able to over turn it if there is a strong case for it not to be carried out in the first place.
