Require any Brexit deal to be put to a new referendum on a 75:25 majority basis

UK companies do not pass key decisions by a simple majority. They instead require a 75% minimum majority. If any Brexit deal is agreed, or No Deal, this must be put back to the people to be decided on a 75/25 majority basis.
