Funding for placements for young people increased due to risk of safety at home.

I am 18 and have been admitted under a section for the past 9 months waiting for a placement. However funding has been the issue and as a result, hospital has been my accommodation since July 4th 2018. I worry about other young people stuck in hospital due to waiting ages.

I would like more funding in place for accommodation for young people in hospital who cannot go home because it is too risky. Many of us are stuck in hospital waiting for a place to call home.
