I really would like to see major improvements made on this subject! Help points should be installed on all bridges where people can access them in times of need and support. They must be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone when they need help the most.

Over the years many people have gone to bridges like the Humber when life has got them down so much they think there is no way out of it. People lose their lives because there is not enough help where and when they need it.
