Change the current voting system. We believe, that when voting in general elections for a political party of our choosing, we should have also a short list of candidates to vote for to lead our chosen party as their Leader.

This, we believe, gives us a better democratic choice than the current out-dated limited voting system, whereby a current incumbent Leader not of our choosing can continue to lead said party.
