Give extra funding to UK customs to reduce the level of Fentanyl entering the UK

The Opioid epidemic is ravaging the US and killing tens of thousands of people every year. For that reason we need to make sure that this drug does not spread to the UK. Customs must be much more vigilant on packages coming in from China where most of the illegal Fentanyl is coming from.
