To ask the Prime Minister, what discussions she has had with President Santos of Colombia during her recent visit to the UK on (a) access to justice for victims of conflict-related sexual violence, (b) land restitution, (c) securing truth, justice and reparation for victims of conflict and (d) support for human rights and trades union activists in that country.

During the State Visit, I discussed the human rights situation in Colombia with President Santos, including reports of increased attacks against human rights defenders. The tenets of our relationship with Colombia are based on shared values of democracy, prosperity, and respect for human rights. President Santos and I reaffirmed this in the Joint Declaration which was issued following our meeting.

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what recent progress has been made on the National Flood Resilience Review.

The National Flood Resilience Review has been assessing how England can be better protected from flooding and extreme rainfall. The review has been working to identify actions needed to strengthen our resilience to flooding.

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the Prime Minister's oral statement of 27 June 2016, Official Report, column 23, on the outcome of the EU referendum, which officials from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs will be appointed to the new EU Unit.

The new EU unit will bring together officials and policy expertise from across Whitehall. Structures and staffing are being determined.

I continue to chair the National Flood Resilience Review Group. The review’s report is currently being finalised and is due to be published this summer.
