Westminster Hall is an alternative Chamber for MPs to hold debates, named after the adjoining Westminster Hall.

What a great pleasure it is to open this debate under your chairmanship, Mr Benton. I thank hon. Members and hon. Friends for their early support for my remarks, which may have been heard as “noises off”.
