I pay tribute to my hon. Friend the Member for Watford (Matt Turmaine) and others for their campaigning in that part of north-west London and elsewhere. The movement of services is now firmly part of the programme, and the people of Watford will have the services that they deserve. Discussions are continuing, and I shall be happy to update the House on the final decision as soon as possible.

Percy, a five-year-old constituent of mine, wrote to me ask whether gluten-free products would ever be provided on prescription for people with coeliac disease. What steps is the Minister taking to address postcode variations in the provision of gluten-free food by integrated care boards?

The national position in England remains that gluten-free bread and mixes can be prescribed on the national health service for eligible people diagnosed with coeliac disease. As my hon. Friend says, ICBs can restrict or end the prescribing of gluten-free food, but I am happy to discuss this matter with her.
