The Chancellor of the Exchequer (Mr George Osborne)
The Government have today finalised an agreement to lend up to the equivalent of $2 billion (approximately £1.3 billion) in special drawing rights to the International Monetary Fund’s Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust. Copies of the agreement have been deposited in the Libraries of both Houses.
