I want to present a petition on behalf of my constituents who reside on Ashwood Park in Tatton. This is an important matter to park home residents in Tatton and also to those right across the country. I should also point out that I very much agree with this petition. The petition was started by the Park Home Owners Justice Campaign and is signed by 165 residents of Ashwood Park, Cheshire.

Following is the full text of the petition.

[The petition of the Park Owners Justice Campaign,

Declares that the Retail Price Index is no longer fit for purpose as the measure by which to uprate pitch fees for park homes.

The petitioners therefore request that the House of Commons urges the Government to ensure that the Consumer Price Index is used as the basis for the annual pitch fee of park homes.
