Street Works (Penalties for Utility Companies) Bill Bill 2026-27
Presented by Daisy Cooper (Liberal Democrat - St Albans) Private Members' Bill - Presentation Bill A Bill to make provision for the daily issuance of Fixed Penalty Notices against a utility company which has committed certain offences under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991; to require the minimum amount of any such penalty to be equal to the costs associated with the issuance of the related Fixed Penalty Notice; and for connected purposes.
