The 2017-2019 session of Parliament has prorogued and this Bill will make no further progress. make provision for the holding of a referendum in the United Kingdom and Gibraltar on whether the United Kingdom should accept the outcome of negotiations between the Government and the European Union regarding the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union
