Sex Establishments (Regulation) Bill 2013-14
The Bill failed to complete its passage through Parliament before the end of the session. This means the Bill will make no further progress. make provision for the statutory regulation of sex establishments; to amend the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982; to require local authorities to adhere to the existing voluntary licensing framework for sex establishments; and for connected purposes.
