Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask His Majesty's Government what plans they have, if any, to introduce legislation on decent homes standards which includes the private rented sector, and on what timescale.

We will legislate to introduce a Decent Homes Standard in the private rented sector at the earliest opportunity.
