The Department for Education and the Department for Work and Pensions publish Regulatory Impact Assessments in line with guidance published by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, which can be found attached, and also available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/better-regulation-framework.

Other impact assessments are published in a variety of ways, as part of a consultation document alongside legislation on www.legislation.gov.uk and summarised in the Explanatory Memorandums which accompany legislation.
