Question to the Northern Ireland Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what discussions they have had with European bodies regarding the application of Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights in relation to deaths related to terrorism in Northern Ireland.

The UK Government provides regular updates to the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers on legacy cases in Northern Ireland, most recently on 6 June.
