Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Bourne of Aberystwyth on 15 May (HL7448), when section 6 of the Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017 will be brought into force.

Section 6 (Assistance in connection with neighbourhood planning) will be brought into force on 31 July 2018, as set out in the Neighbourhood Planning Act 2017 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2018.
