Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask His Majesty's Government whether EUÂ employment laws will still be applicable to Northern Ireland if the Windsor Framework is implemented; and if in part, which aspects of EU employment law will apply.

There are no EU employment laws applicable to Northern Ireland under the Windsor Framework.
