Question to the Ministry of Justice:

Existing EU instruments in the area of civil judicial cooperation (including cross-border disputes in family and consumer matters) will continue to have effect between the UK and EU member states during the Implementation Period. The position after 11pm on 31 December 2020 will depend on the outcome of negotiations undertaken with the EU during the Implementation Period.
