Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what is their assessment of the P5+1 nuclear talks on Iran.

We have made some progress in recent weeks in negotiations but we are still a long way off an agreement: a lot of complex and difficult issues remain to be resolved before we can reach a comprehensive deal which addresses our proliferation concerns. Nevertheless, we are working hard to achieve this.
