Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they intend to put in place a legislative procedure to enable individuals who are not parties in family law cases to have access to information that mentions them by name.

Individuals who are not parties in family law cases may apply to the court for disclosure of information that mentions them by name. Disclosure of such information is at the court’s discretion.
