To ask His Majesty's Government what arrangements are in place within the Government Digital Service to ensure that staff who raise security concerns about GOV.UK One Login can do so without detriment; and what assessment they have made of the effectiveness of those arrangements.

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has a robust whistleblowing policy in place and individuals are encouraged to raise a concern immediately if they are concerned about any wrongdoing. If a concern is raised through the policy procedures, the individual will be protected. Information on this departmental policy can be found on the department’s intranet.
