Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what guidance they provide to Members of Parliament regarding the use of the United Kingdom Armed Forces logos in political literature.

The Ministry Of Defence (MOD) does not permit the use of United Kingdom Armed Forces logos in political literature. Information on MOD copyright licensing is attached and is available on the Department's website at the following link:
