I refer the Noble Lord to the answer given to Question 20570 on 8 September 2026, copied below for ease:

'The Ministerial Code sets out principles for Ministers on meetings with external organisations. Supplementary guidance published by the Cabinet Office requires where a Minister meets an external organisation or individual in an official capacity, details of these meetings must be declared.

This guidance can be accessed at the following link: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/ministers-overseas-travel-and-meetings-publication-guidance/ministers-overseas-travel-and-meetings-publication-guidance(opens in a new tab).'

The guidance referenced is attached.
