Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of whether the UK's Russia sanctions regime adequately addresses the risk of sanctioned Russian entities deriving indirect economic benefit through investments or financing arrangements involving non-sanctioned companies, in particular in relation to the reported proposed transactions involving Eurasian Resources Group.

I refer the Noble Lord back to our answer to questions HL215 and HL216, answered on 27 May 2026.
