Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask His Majesty's Government how many, and which of, their arm's-length bodies are also registered charities.

The Cabinet Office does not hold information centrally on which arm’s-length bodies are registered as charities. Arm’s-length bodies are sponsored by individual departments, and charitable status is determined on an individual basis by the Charity Commission. Information regarding the charitable status of individual bodies can be found on the Charity Commission for England and Wales register at https://register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk/.
