Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what representations, if any, they made to the BBC prior to 10 October regarding the continuation of edited daily and weekly programmes on the BBC Parliament channel.

The Department for Digital, Media, Culture and Sport has not made any representations on this issue. Decisions relating to BBC Parliament are for the BBC as a body operationally and editorially independent from government.
