Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask His Majesty's Government how many successful prosecutions of people-smugglers there have been in England and Wales in each of the last five years for which figures are available.

It has not proved possible to respond to this question in the time available before Prorogation. Ministers will correspond directly with the Member.
