Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what action, if any, they intend to take against Source London for a possible breach of the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulations 2017.

The Secretary of State for Transport has appointed the Office for Product Safety and Standards, within the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, as the Regulator for the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulations 2017. The Regulator is empowered to enforce the Regulations as necessary. Any information regarding a potential breach of the Regulations should be sent to: https://www.rohs.bis.gov.uk/enquiry/
