Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 7 September 2020 to Question 84342 on High Rise Flats: Insulation, what data the Government is collecting on the average length of time taken to complete the EWS1 process.

The External Wall System form (EWS1) was introduced by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to assist in valuation of high-rise residential buildings for mortgage purposes. The Department does not hold this information.
