Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what steps he plans to take to monitor links between local people and justice provision as part of the reform of court accommodation; and what assessment he has made of how that reform will effect the delivery of local justice.

We will continue to work closely with the magistracy, our Criminal Justice System partners and professional bodies to build a simpler, swifter and more efficient justice system.

We will consider all identified impacts on the delivery of justice once the consultation closes and all responses have been fully analysed.
